Our services include one-on-one consultations, analytical reviews of financial situations, and ongoing support through monthly subscription plans. All guidance is general in nature and should be considered alongside professional advice from licensed financial advisors.

Consultation availability and scheduling are subject to consultant availability and may vary based on demand and business operations.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance at $250 CAD per month. Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation and on the same date each subsequent month.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice. Payment must be made through our approved payment processors using valid payment methods.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months of service already rendered.

Individual consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled consultations may receive service credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, caluntharix's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We disclaim liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, business interruption, or investment losses resulting from financial decisions made after consultations.

You agree to indemnify and hold caluntharix harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of services, or violation of third-party rights.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently:

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. caluntharix reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms or inappropriate conduct.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and access to ongoing consultation services will cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email and website notifications at least 30 days before taking effect.

Continued use of our services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and caluntharix.
